  1. The Turkish audience arrived in crowds at the train station of Ankara to see the first play staged on the Orient Express: "Ex-Press" written by Sirin Aktemur and directed by Mustafa and Övül Avkiran, performed with the actors of the Turkish State Theatre. Seated on the marble tiled floor in the historical building, the audience was enjoying a unique evening in a stunning surrounding, humming by the end of the performance in tunes with the actors. The stage could not have been placed in a more suitable location to evoke memories and longings about departures and new encounters.
